Liked: Location near I-40
Disliked: Loud A/C unite in room, room and hall smell of mildew.

Will not stay here again....

Liked: Convenient. Check in was easy and the person at the desk kind and efficient.
Disliked: Room -- the remote for the air conditioning unit did not work, and towels did not dry. Nor in a three day stay did anyone come to replace towels. With long lines at the front desk and no time to wait in line, I just dealt with it. At one point, the unit started trying to heat the room to 82 degrees, and I had to climb on a chair manually the change the controls. The room faced the highway -- loud traffic noises.Breakfast -- No fruit of any kind on any of the three days. Eggs appeared on two days. The second day, the waffle mix ran like water. The yogurt machine dispenses only vanilla -- the sign says to add toppings, of which none ever appeared. Other than some kind of gravy and sausages, only pastries and bread.Booking -- not familiar with the area, I used a third party to book my room. 12 hours later, my plans changed to leave a day earlier, so I requested a change -- which was denied because they did not have enough room. I stayed one day LESS and the issue is lack of vacency? When I tried to address the issue, I was told I had to deal with the third party -- but the property had already received a communication and DENIED the change to a day less. When I tried to show the e-mail, the response was -- "Nope. Cannot change nothing on third party bookings. No refunds no changes." I did not have time to deal with it, so just walked away.Even though I have to come back at least twice more in the next month, I will not be staying there.

Liked: The maid was nice.
Disliked: The manager “Tina “was rude the room had mold and switch to another room whice had roaches.

Disliked: It was a little noisy situated between I-40 and US 64.

Liked: Location and the beds were comfortable and it was clean
Disliked: We stayed without a working fridge it was reported to the front desk never was fixed

Liked: Although the room was very small it sufficed for our trip with the extra bed. The bathroom was too small and very difficult to get around for a disabled person that needs assistance. The bed was very comfortable and the room was clean. The breakfast area was huge but had very little to offer for food and drinks.
Disliked: More room for the disabled bathroom and a better selection for breakfast. Breakfast was one of the worst I have experienced. Hardly any selection for food and drinks.
