Superb

Liked: Clean, quiet, comfortable
Disliked: Desk attendant wouldn't print me a check out receipt. She said I had to get a receipt from booking.com. I told her I've always gotten printouts when I check out and she told me "No, you haven't ". She was rude and I still don't have a receipt for my stay.

Won’t stay there again

Liked: Friendly staff
Disliked: 1st floor smelt like mildew in the rooms. Had to ask for 2 room changes.

Great experience, price is right.

Liked: Great happy hour and breakfast. Great vibe for Cheyenne Frontier days, easy access to highway.
Disliked: The room had a strange smell, like wet carpet, not sure if it was the a/c unit filter, always took us aback when we entered.

Disappointing

Liked: Room was clean and bathroom was large.
Disliked: Double charged my card and made multiple calls to fix it. Area was noisy. Check in person seemed annoyed we were bothering her.
