Liked: The staff was always so friendly and helpful. We stayed here Wednesday & Thursday night last week, then again Sunday night this week & the staff remembered us & greeted us like we were old friends. The rooms were very nice & comfortable. The breakfast was great. I would definitely stay here again if in the area again.
Disliked: When we stayed 6/11-6/13, the hot tub jets weren't working, but they were trying to get it fixed. When we returned 6/15-6/16, the tub fixure needed a little work (we forgot to tell them before we left). The tub spout was sealed with what looked like clear sealant instead of adhesive, so it was coming loose

Liked: The breakfast was very disappointing. It was a "sack" breakfast, because their breakfast area was undergoing remodeling. I specifically chose Best Western because of the full breakfast they provide. I am a diabetic and need proteins, not carbs normally found in continental breakfasts. I feel that we should have been informed that we were not going to get one, and then we could have decided whether to book elsewhere.
Disliked: The gym was also closed. We have should have been informed before booking that the hotel was undergoing remodeling and so we would not have all the amenities advertised, and be offered a discount.

Liked: The hotel was just adequate
Disliked: There was no mention of the construction work when I booked, the hotel reception area looked like a building site and we were put in a room close by the work. The breakfast was just 'dumped' in a cupboard like room and quite frankly inedible.

Liked: Close to the highway.
Disliked: When we got there we asked if the hot tub was open, which it was. We stepped in the hot tub and it was ice cold. Cleanliness was sub-par at best. Very disappointing. Probably the worst Best Western we’ve stayed in.

Probably not staying here again

Disliked: Lobby was under remodel hot tub the jets didn’t work worth a crap!! Had to move rooms since tv didn’t work
