Liked: The site was nice and clean.
Disliked: Unfortunately, the elevator went out of service so everyone had to use the stairs, which would have been fine except for the fact that our bedroom wall was the wall next to the stair door. We heard that door open and close all night and then start up again at 5 am. Needless to say, we were exhausted when we chose to check out at 8 am . When I mentioned it to the front desk, she laughed and said, “I know, right! Those doors are so loud!” Had that elevator issue had not happened, I’m sure I would’ve given a 10 out of 10.

Liked: We were just passing through and I'm always hesitant to book a hotel in an area I'm not familiar with. Especially traveling without my husband and with my kids. I felt safe in the parking lot and the hotel. And it was so very clean. The staff were so kind and knowledgeable. All in all it was a great stop.

Booking a 3rd stay now....

Liked: This is our 2nd stay at this location. Very convenient to the mall and restaurants. Great breakfast in the morning with a good selection of eats.
Disliked: We had a suite with 1 king bed and a couch, but the couch was not a sleeper type couch. My son had to sleep the best way he could since he could not stretch out on the couch.

Great hotel in Fresno!

Disliked: Breakfast was good, but it's a shame that plastic is still being used in the 21st century.
