Liked: Breakfast on a Monday was the standard waffle maker, bagels, muffins, cereal, juice, coffee/tea plus the hot food was corned beef hash or plain scrambled eggs. The fresh fruit wasn't the freshest as the bananas had spots and the oranges looked like they spent the weekend in the kitchen bowl. So that was the only negative. The hotel is set back from the street and that eliminated any street noise, however, a couple F-15 jets let us know there is an Air Force base nearby. The room (on the first floor) was very clean with new-ish furniture. Free WiFI seemed adequate for streaming as I didn't notice any hiccups when watching a couple YouTube videos.

Very good stay. Excellent value....

Liked: Nice sized mini suite. Very clean and comfortable. My wife really liked the Citrus shampoo, body wash and conditioner. Many restaurants within walking distance (food court in Mall). Seemed to be in a nice neighborhood. I thought the value for the money was outstanding.
Disliked: Can't think of anything that I did not like.

Liked: Loved the breakfast option in the morning had a coffee machine with multiple options from espresso to lattes. They had yogurt options and waffles to muffins oatmeal and my favorite biscuits and gravy. The variety exceeded my expectations. My favorite part is when we checked in the young man at the desk wa very friendly and polite. I even told him the hotel smelled like cookies and he said they were making some. Over all the price and location is highly recommended. It was only 10 minutes to down town fresno and rhey had at of stores and food options around.We will return to this hotel for our next stay in fresno.
