Best Western Plus Fresno Airport Hotel

Disliked: The sofa bed was very uncomfortable and outdated, plus the mattress had stains

Avoid!

Liked: It was conveniently located near airport, gas station and a Starbucks.
Disliked: For one, we had to walk from the airport with two children at 10 at night because the shuttle never showed up and no ones answered the phone/hung up every time we called, so we walked. Then, as we were entering the parking lot due to uneven pavement my daughter felt and busted her two front teeth, they are loosing and falling out now, plus we asked for a king room with double bed pull out. The pull out was stained and absolutely no padding left. My kiddos had to sleep on springs and the metal frame essentially. Luckily we only stayed one night. Lastly, if you are sensitive to smells, avoid. I have migraines and are triggered with strong smells and it smelled musty and like sweat.

It was short but comfortable

Liked: The beds were amazing and comfortable. I did notice a presence of quite a few homeless using drugs in the parking lots around the hotel area
Disliked: The staff on my check out was incredibly rude. Also, I paid extra for parking but there was no parking.

Exceptional

Liked: Quiet, clean, modern hotel. I arrived late at night but convenience stores are nearby. I like to stay at Best Western because their facilities are dependably of good to excellent quality.
