Liked: The coffee machine in the lobby, which had many choices. The breakfast was good, also. Bed was comfortable; pillows, not so much.
Disliked: Toilets need to be replaced/upgraded.

I'm not happy.

Liked: 1st night, the bed was awful sofa bed was extremely poor no sheet, no sheet cover, no pillows, no blanket, dirty, and stained, The bed was like spring, and smelled and ached my back. I can hear other people making noises middle of the night. The cost is too high and the breakfast scrambled eggs are boiled extremely gross because it's creamy. There's no pancake and no other breakfast foods. Not recommended because there was no extra room and I had to spend the night with no other better room to be upgraded and did not get any sleep even my second night was not a happy stay. Vehicle parking is too small small not enough space. The shower tub is slippery with clogged undrained and not enough towels for four in two full beds. Evlator was broken and I had to carry my belongings to walk upstairs to the 3rd floor on my first night. Again not recommended and the price is high for this extremely poor quality. And at 10 pm the auto juice is turned off too. The second night I was moved to room 330 that have fur dogs and it's a free on all beds with dogs hotel where I'm allergic to fur pets. Terrible hotel to stay in for two nights. The cost is $500. Dissatisfied and disappointed.
