Best Western Plus French Quarter Courtyard Hotel

Liked: Great, classic New Orleans feel. Beautiful courtyard, wonderful breakfast and staff was very nice!
Disliked: A/C didn't cool as much as we would have liked.

Liked: Clean, good breakfast, staff very helpful. Guest Services, Burnetta very helpful and to our family that visited us for day from another state and suggested a great restaurant. Darlene at Guest services also very helpful, directions and made reservations for our dinner cruise and taxis

Good location, bad for health

Liked: Quaint hotel. Good location.
Disliked: So much mould...everywhere.You could breath it, smell it, taste it. I was concerned for our health. Extremely humid environment, even our sheets were damp. The bathroom, while well stocked, had a very dirty floor and mould in all corners. Surfaces were old...It was an uncomfortable stay. I am glad it was only 2 nights.

Liked: Short walk to Bourbon St. it was very safe. Breakfast and pool felt were fantastic. Place was beautiful modern with a French feel

Disliked: My room would cool off , it's lukewarm the air conditioner kept kicking on and off

Liked: Breakfast was good. Day front desk person Darleen was fantastic! Friendly, helpful, professional .
Disliked: Night front desk clerk was horrible! Did not catch her name but i complained about her to Darleen and gentleman working at the bar She was very rude to all people coming in.

Disliked: Shower floor very slippery. Bed very high and had to stand on a stool to get into bed. Not ideal

Liked: We had such a great experience staying at the Best Western Landmark NOLA—from the moment we arrived to the moment we checked out, the vibe was just right.A huge shoutout to Brunetta, Darlene, and Ty—they were absolutely amazing! Friendly, helpful, and full of that Southern hospitality that makes you feel right at home. Every interaction was genuine, and you could tell they truly cared about our comfort and experience.We also want to give credit where it’s due: the maintenance crew, kitchen staff, and housekeeping team were just as incredible. Everything was clean, well-kept, and ran smoothly. The breakfast was always fresh, and the rooms were spotless.The courtyard is a total gem—peaceful, beautiful, and the perfect place to unwind after a day of exploring the city.Thank you to the entire team for making our stay such a positive one. We’ll definitely be back!
