Best Western Plus French Quarter Courtyard Hotel

Liked: Great, classic New Orleans feel. Beautiful courtyard, wonderful breakfast and staff was very nice!
Disliked: A/C didn't cool as much as we would have liked.

Liked: Breakfast was good. Day front desk person Darleen was fantastic! Friendly, helpful, professional .
Disliked: Night front desk clerk was horrible! Did not catch her name but i complained about her to Darleen and gentleman working at the bar She was very rude to all people coming in.

Disliked: Shower floor very slippery. Bed very high and had to stand on a stool to get into bed. Not ideal

Liked: We had such a great experience staying at the Best Western Landmark NOLA—from the moment we arrived to the moment we checked out, the vibe was just right.A huge shoutout to Brunetta, Darlene, and Ty—they were absolutely amazing! Friendly, helpful, and full of that Southern hospitality that makes you feel right at home. Every interaction was genuine, and you could tell they truly cared about our comfort and experience.We also want to give credit where it’s due: the maintenance crew, kitchen staff, and housekeeping team were just as incredible. Everything was clean, well-kept, and ran smoothly. The breakfast was always fresh, and the rooms were spotless.The courtyard is a total gem—peaceful, beautiful, and the perfect place to unwind after a day of exploring the city.Thank you to the entire team for making our stay such a positive one. We’ll definitely be back!

Very nice for staying in...

Liked: Hotel is close by all the hot spots you want to visit in New Orleans. You are walking distance to everywhere, within French quarter. You can even walk if you want all the way to Garden district. And the jump into pool to chill if you make back to hotel! Breakfast is standard American and good to start you for the day.
Disliked: Rooms a bit dated and on smaller side, but can work, as just enough for shorter visit.

Disliked: The rooms were dusty a/c smell like dust, and the bathroom was not clean lots of mildew. The location is wonderful close to everything but the hotel needs a lot of improvement. And rodents on the parking lot
