We were grossed out.

Liked: Proximity to the resorts.
Disliked: The front desk clerk, the cleanliness, food. We found a hair in the eggs at breakfast. There were stains on almost every fabric surface in the room. The front desk clerk was surly and not helpful at all. We initially were assigned to a room that was already occupied; and on the second afternoon, we came back to our room and the keys were not working. The pool was closed for maintenance and the 2nd floor ice machine was not working. Also, there was dirt and food crumbs in the dresser drawers so we were not able to unpack.

Disliked: The pool was GREEN!! The kids could not swim and when we complained they said it tested fine. The water was GREEN!! It was awful!!

Liked: Ni e hotel in a good location
Disliked: The breakfast was very popular but the seating is somewhat confined

Superb

Liked: The room was comfortable and spacious. The breakfast was great with a lot of variety. The staff were very nice and super helpful. And the pool was enjoyable with the perfect temperature.
Disliked: Even though the pool was enjoyable, it did look a little green, not sure if it needs a deep clean or remodel. And when we went to check it the work out room we couldn't locate a light for the room.

Disliked: The front office staff member that checked us in. She was so rude, not polite or friendly. Our key didn't work, just took it from my daughters hand, didn't say anything and then brought it back without saying anything.

Liked: First shift was helpfulThey had us close to the elevator.
Disliked: Third shift was asleep at the counter with there head on there folded arms. When she heard the door opened she woke up.The curtains could have closed so the outside daylight wouldn't shine through and wake you up.
