Liked: Very clean and quiet even while being dog friendly, which is why we stayed there.
Disliked: Rooms were hot and stuffy, water pressure was very weak, took 30 minutes to be checked in, quite expensive.

Liked: The Whirlpool Tub in our Room was wonderful, location of hotel was great. The room was clean. The Lady who does the Breakfast for guests was fantastic. Very carrying and thoughtful. It was wonderful meeting her. It was a joy to hear how she likes to treat the guests and providing extra special little actions in ensuring they have an enjoyable stay.
Disliked: Just a few suggestions. At check in. A Smile and a welcoming. A little more time and care. In explaining where the Room is and facilities provided. Eg like the Pool is open from, Breakfast is complimentary from the hours of. There is complimentary Coffee and it is located. I called twice sharing we were brining out Pet. The pet Fee was not mentioned once.

The type of customer service...

Liked: Everything was at a standard you would come to expect from a Gold Star business like the Best Western.
Disliked: Nothing.
