This was a very clean hotel in close proximity to Key Bank Arena. The entire experience from check-in to morning breakfast was very well organized. Good focus on customer service.

Liked: The place is beautiful and clean , the breakfast is great Love the coffee machine with ylthe ability to get my mocha coffee all day or night.Great location right across the street from Franciscan University. Also love the restaurants right in the area around the hotel can just walk to them. I highly recommend this place! I also live the Catholic Bible in the drawer in my room 1st time ever, I have seen that.

Had to ask for towels in the room and the pool area

Liked: Indoor swimming pool, water and coffee anytime
Disliked: Book stay staying how many people were staying, there was not enough towels in the bathroom for each person nor a blanket for the pull out sofa

Liked: The king-size bed was comfortable. The bathroom was pretty clean. The breakfast was pretty decent. There was a nice variety of options hot and cold breakfast choices. The lady who makes the breakfast was very sweet and cleaned the tables as soon as someone was finished and left. The pancakes had very little flavor. Lisa at the front desk was very helpful and very polite.
Disliked: The floor was not clean. The sheets and blanket had stains. There was some sort of white drips of something on the wall where the headboard was. The pullout bed was horrible. I wouldn't qualify it as a bed.
