It was awful.

Liked: The breakfast was amazing.
Disliked: Leaking sprinkler in the pool area, all the chairs were broken in the pool. Booked a totally different room than what we were given. Staff was not willing to offer a solution. Fire alarm went off at 11pm, firefighters threatened to shut down the place for the night because the maintenance man was refusing to come in and reset the alarm. Extremely poor customer service
