Liked: Theresa at the front desk was very welcoming and helpful throughout our trip. Her presence made our stay so pleasant.
Disliked: It was a little tough to get from the highway to the hotel. We missed that small street that you have to turn on at least twice.

Liked: Staff was professional and nice. Staff provide helpful information for locations of local businesses and restaurants. We were always greeted with salutations and smiles upon entering and leaving. Our trip purpose was for the college drop-off of my grandson to JSU. Best Western Plus Flowood will be our primary home whenever we visit the area.
