Vicki, Thunder Bay, visiting The Machine Shop Flint

The hotel is new. Very clean. Staff was very friendly and helpful, especially when I had phone problems. There are restaurants (some sit down, some fast food), gas stations, shopping and groceries literally across the street. I would stay here again.

Liked: Very clean. New hotel.
Disliked: It wasn't as close to the venue as we were led to believe.

Time Away From Home

Liked: The Breakfast attendant was very hospitable, Kayla's finding my medicine and holding it for me was awesome, and the rooms smelled clean when you walked in! The pool area was also fantastic
Disliked: There was nothing I didn't like.

Liked: The staff were friendly!
Disliked: It had been three or four years since we stayed at this location, and the facility itself has gotten to the point of us not considering staying here again.
