Best Western PLUS Flint Airport Inn & Suites

The hotel is new. Very clean. Staff was very friendly and helpful, especially when I had phone problems. There are restaurants (some sit down, some fast food), gas stations, shopping and groceries literally across the street. I would stay here again.

Liked: Very clean. New hotel.
Disliked: It wasn't as close to the venue as we were led to believe.

Liked: We didn't stay. We left within a half hr of getting there..
Disliked: Actually cleaning the room. Even something breaks or ran down replace it. We shouldn't be paying $200 a night for a room i didnt feel comfortable putting my 4year old down. The pull out bed didnt have any bedding just a bare foam pad.

Disliked: I was very put off by the rude clerk and the fact that I couldn’t stay with my two small dogs because they weren’t service animals. I didn’t see anything on the site when I booked the room. I went to check in about 530pm after a long day driving and had to rush to find another place. I will never stay at another best western because of this treatment

Liked: Location to airport was good.
Disliked: Dirty room. Best Western Plus has always had updated and clean rooms. Not this one. Had to unplug refrigerator due to noise for sleeping. Headboard of bed had large section scratched off. Bathroom was dirty and shower tile wasn't clean. Carpet was torn creating tripping hazard. With numerous rooms available, placed us next to occupied room. Still pricey for low-quality. Would not recommend. Should've paid even more $ to stay at the nearby Hampton Inn.

Liked: Young lady that checked me in did a great job.
Disliked: Because of a storm the power went out, not the hotels fault. One woman at the desk, not the one who checked me in, was very rude when I tried to ask if the power company had any idea when power might be restored. She told her boss it didn't happen which made me mad. Owner was very gracious. Wish they would take out the carpet and put in some other kind of flooring. Room had a smell of weed and the fridge had not been cleaned out.
