Disliked: the manager who after I called hotel directly to confirmand all was perfect. once I got there he proceeded to tell me my room was more money and 1 king bed we were 4pplafter an argument in lobby he told me I should have called to make the reservation direct because things get lost in internet imagine all this after I confirmed day before - turns out after he was speaking down to me and threatened to call the police to have me removed - he was reading the wrong reservation. my reservation was in correct order . seems he had an issue with using non direct reservation services . he was so disrespectful in his tone with me and after all that is was his mistake . basically he was telling me he doesn’t stand behind booking .com reservations. I was very upset after a 4 hour drive. the hotel itself was great and I would stay again but that check in was a nightmare

Liked: Comfortable room. The whole hotel including the room was very clean, Good breakfast and nice coffee machine
Disliked: There was someone walking above us in the mornings.. They were very loud and it made every morning very unpleasant

Disliked: Price was too expensive.Towels were thin and wornBathroom was not completely clean.Breakfast was not great. Coffee machine was broken as was the pancake machine.Room was situated across the street from the main road so it was very noisy. Windows were inadequate and did not block out the noise.
