Could have been better if the website worked properly, and didnt mess up our order.

Liked: I liked the hotel. and its okay service. The experience was okay too.
Disliked: The fact that, you guys didn't mention the maximum number of people allowed in the room properly. This made the hotel charge us an extra $250.

A very nice hotel!

Liked: This place exceeded my expectations. Everything felt very high class, even with the fireplaces in the rooms. Boston Pizza being attached was a great plus as we needed food coming back from working all day.
Disliked: Honestly, there wasn't anything that I didn't like about this place.

Stay was good but staff were a big disappointment.

Disliked: Hotel staff were unreasonable and had little to now customer service skills.

Conveniently located, plenty of parking and quite comfortable.

Liked: I did like the location. Easy to get everywhere. Plenty of parking. The Boston Pizza bar and restaurant were a big plus to have right in the same building as the hotel. Didn't get to try the breakfast, but you could smell the bacon just about everywhere.
Disliked: The hotel is not new and does show a little sign of aging. Pool was pretty small but seemed to be working well for children.
