Liked: I appreciated the use of real cutlery and plates in the breakfast room and the changing menu was inspired. Good job
Disliked: I dislike having TV in breakfast rooms. Let people watch it in their own rooms.

Great all round mountain!

Liked: I follow Fernie Alpine Resort on Instagram,, and I really appreciate all of the posts that give more information about the resort. I have a huge amount of respect for the staff at Fernie, in particular, the ski patrol. I know and feel that the public are in really safe hands with how amazing the patrol team does at avalanche control and shutting down lifts and access to sections of the mountain that are potentially unstable. Great work!
Disliked: I only took the Deer chair once and it was super slow. It seems like a main chair so it would be nice to see a bit of an upgrade, but that's just my personal preference. I don't like chairlifts that feel old and very well used, as I'm a bit of nervous rider given not being a fan of heights....I know right? I'm a skier, this shouldn't be an issue for me.
