Pleasant

Liked: The bed was clean
Disliked: Smelled a little musty. The air conditioner leaked constantly and in the morning my entire laundry bag was sopping wet because I had it next to the AC unit.

Staff at front desk super...

Liked: Breakfast was very good! Location was perfect as we were travelling through and needed to stop for the night. Several hotels were booked already so we were thankful there was a room availsble

Liked: The customer service folks were lovely, it made all the difference. Thank you.
Disliked: When I got into & out of bed, it was a little like train sounds (metal? sounds like thunder)I dont like a room that someone could see in the bathroom from front door.This being said, my visit was very nice, thank you.

Never again with Best Western

Liked: Close to Hwy I44
Disliked: They allowed pets when the description said no pets allowed. Our room smelled of dog urine. I complained and they did nothing. Will never book with Best Western again. They advertise free soft serve ice cream, it is not ice cream. The dining area was so messy at 6:30 am that we did not eat either day we were there. And the machine they call a coffee maker was disgusting.
