Liked: Nice bathroom, nice bed
Disliked: Noisy neighbors. Staff kept knocking on door when I switch my room to stay another day and not sure why as i repeated multiple times no thank you or someone is in here.

Liked: Everything worked.
Disliked: Low on towels. Left necklace in night table draw. Went back a few hours later to retrieve. Room had been cleaned but no necklace found or turned in. You get what you pay for. Otherwise a decent place.

Liked: Front Desk staff professional knowledgeable and very clear.
Disliked: Checking in and elevator was being repaired. Other than that check in was smooth. Get to room and noticed I was in handicap room but was told it was last room and they were sold out. So I looked around and noticed the stained covers on one bed. Then it immediately hit me. The room had a strong smell of urine. I dismissed it because last room and had already checked surrounding properties were sold out. Turned on TV. Started working on some paperwork I needed to complete. Had to stop because sitting at desk smell was stronger. Went to front desk and got a soda and told desk clerk about smell. She offered to give refund if I was to leave. But I had nowhere to go so decided to try again. When I got back to room I noticed when you enter it wasn't as strong so I went in bathroom and slowly walked room seeing why so strong near desk and found source of smell. There was a huge stain on carpet right near desk chair. Something was done on the carpet. I put a towel over it and tried to relax. I made it to 1am and the smell had given me a huge headache. I left and went sleep in my vehicle. Room 221 carpet need shampooing . PLEASE! The wonderful desk clerk said she would ask manager to give me a refund but that didn't happen. But was very nice of clerk to try. Her performance would be the only reason I would return to any of your properties.
