One of the worst stays...

Liked: Man at the front desk provided me two complementary bottled waters when he checked me in. Sadly, that was the extent of the "customer service" I recieved.
Disliked: 1) The hotel is tiny, and if you drive a full-size vehicle, getting into and out of their walled parking lot, let alone parking, will be a challenge.2) The Rooms look clean, but get any water on the floors, even the fake hardwood in the room itself, and when you wipe it up, the towel will be nasty. The rooms are all tile floors, but I don't think they have been mopped in months, if not years. I witnessed the rooms being vacuumed by turnover cleaning staff, but there was no mop or floor cleaner anywhere to be seen.3) The bed was terrible. Might as well have slept right on the hard floor. It was like the staff threw some sheets on a box spring and called it good.4) I had initially booked my stay for two nights, but received a message from my spouse that I needed to return home ASAP due to a family emergency. Thus. I had to cut my trip to only one night. I informed the man at the front desk before 9 AM that I needed to cancel my second night due to a family emergency. He flat out refused and told me that because I booked through booking.com, he could not help me, and I would have to take it up with their customer service team, which I immediately did. The booking.com customer service rep noted that I had paid the extra for the trip insurance (I had already had my planned meeting changed on me three times at the last minute, and it happened again as I was on the phone with the booking.com rep, so I bought the insurance knowing it would likely be needed). She informed me it would be no problem to cancel my second night, she just needed to call the hotel. She did so, and the hotel told her it was impossible to cancel due to their 24-hour cancellation policy, which was totally different than what was posted on the booking.com website and app. The hotel refused to cancel my second night. I returned to the hotel's front desk and told the guy that he had never told me about any cancellation policy. I showed him on the booking.

It was good.

Liked: It was accessible, comfortable and clean.I appreciated the variety of options for breakfast as well.
Disliked: That a housekeeper came into our room to change towels (I suppose) a while after us checking into the room and getting ready for bedtime. It just seemed very odd and out of place.

Skip breakfast and you're probably...

Liked: The location was pretty good and the room was not bad. Nothing spectacular by any means.
Disliked: The breakfast was awful. Typical powdered eggs or whatever, turkey sausage I think, potatoes that were literally brought from the fridge to the chafing dish. Still cold as all hell. It was so bad it was kind of laughable to be honest. Most of the people there lasted about 5 min in there and bailed out.
