Exceptional

I wanted somewhere to stay...

Liked: I liked that it was close to my event.
Disliked: They need new breakfast ideas. The same thing was served for breakfast everyday.

We would stay there again,...

Liked: Breakfast was an excellent addition...the staff were always helpful and courteous...parking completely easythird floor was quiet
Disliked: The hot water was lacking for showers, (not for the sink)...the hallways were dirty (but we did get in later Saturday)elevator overdeodorized for our tasteOne elevator out the whole time we were there...back door open, a little strange...

Liked: Nearby restaurants had a great selection of foods.
Disliked: Hotel was NOT clean. Public space trash was routinely not taken out, water spilled everywhere all the time. Elevator regularly had human spit (I hope), among other dirty things in it. There was a 1.5 gap under my rooms main door. Staff lives there.

Liked: Perfect location for my needs. Staff was wonderful. Room was comfortable.
Disliked: Water pressure was low. Other people staying at the facility were slamming door - neither of which will deter me from using the facility again
