Disliked: The front desk managers were always away from front desk and we had to wait 10 minutes for them to get back to the desk every time. Also during checkin at peak hours there was only one manager present in the reception. If this would have been taken care, the hotel experience would have been great.

Disliked: The cleanliness of the room was subpar. Stains on tiles throughout and several clumps of hair that were not mine. I was not comfortable with my stay and it made me question how well the room was cleaned if at all. The carpet did not look like it was vacuumed. I had pictures that I showed the front desk. I was told the stains on the tiles were normal because of the type of tile. That is a lie because I worked for several years for a nationwide company that specialized in Commercial Cleaning as an Operations Manager. All that was needed was the right solution, a scrub brush and/or a machine to scrub the tile properly and it would be removed. Then seal the tiles properly so they would not stain and look gross. Having someone else’s hair on the floor in clumps within two days was unacceptable. This should never have happened if the hotel took pride and the room was properly cleaned in the first place. I forgot to mention the stained chair that I told the front desk about and showed a picture but was told it was the type of fabric causing this. No it should have been professionally cleaned. The person who told me this and about the floor should be reprimanded.
