Liked: It was close to the freeway and many fast food restaurants as well as a target
Disliked: It was too noisy and the appliances were outdated . The place needs to be renovated .

Disappointing and shocking without considering...

Liked: The breakfast was marginal. Waffles good. Biscuits were hard I think there wasn’t enough water below. The boiled eggs were left w no water as well. The gravy was so sad did not taste like gravy was not homemade.
Disliked: There was no manager or supervisor on site all day I was told by Jennifer. She gave a key to my room to a couple who opened my door w a key at 8:50am. I tried to call the front desk and the phone had no dial tone. Check in time is at 3:00. What happened? The girl said my room was not registered. I had the registration on my phone. I was so scared the couple or the man would come back w access to my room. No security or support anywhere. The only thing they did was comp my room I should have been offered a few days my nerves were shot. I called the complaint for the company and spoke to Rae who was kind I asked her to have someone from the administration to contact me and I have not heard a thing. No courtesy at all. Why! I’ve never had this happen to me people walking into your room w a key. Come on. I would appreciate a call back or help. Thx

Liked: There are elevators
Disliked: The pillows were smaller than pictured, about 8 inches by 8 inches very tiny. Whole hotel smelled old and musky.

Disliked: Very noisy all night, doors slamming and very noisy room fan!
