Liked: Front desk gentleman was very kind. Our shower was broken and he switched our room right away. Beds were comfortable and clean. Ac/heat worked great.
Disliked: Floors were not the cleanest, old coffee left in the microwave, dirty tissues behind the toilet. Could have been cleaner overall.

Liked: It was fairly comfortable for sleeping
Disliked: There was no one at the desk when we arrived to check in and we waited for 20 minutes before someone finally got back to check us in and they were not the most friendly. It was too late to try and book somewhere else and just wanted some sleep. The floors were gritty and the bathroom was not completely clean. The bed was comfortable but all the pillows were lumpy.

Liked: The bed was comfortable and the room was nice.
Disliked: Where should I start? Our first room the toilet didn't work. When we transferred rooms it took two tries to get the pass card to allow us into the room. Once in the other room, the phone didn't work. BRING YOUR OWN TOWELS!!! The 2 towels provided are small enough to wrap a baby up in. If you're in a pinch, stay here. But if you want a better experience, go somewhere else. The staff almost seemed to be bothered if you actually went to the front desk with any questions and there were 0 apologies for what we had to deal with.

Liked: Breakfast was great, the staff was very nice, and the beds were comfortable. The lobby/breakfast room/public areas were very clean and well done.
Disliked: While the room had been renovated, it was inconsistently done - you could see gaps in the bathroom flooring and the bathroom fixtures were not installed very well. And while the beds were clean and comfortable, the pillows were lacking. and the floors were filthy - there was visible dirt and we didn't walk on it barefoot.
