Important Suggestion!!

Liked: The staff especially Jasmine was very helpful. She was very accommodating of my needs.
Disliked: I was not able to use the business center due to no keyboard. The room was extremely small I was very disappointed I couldn't use the computer. I was stressed because I received an important document for my court appointment but couldn't print. I was told to wait after 11:00 pm - for change of shift and someone could help me. I was exhausted from long drive into town from Washington DC, and to stay up late waiting for someone to help was very disappointing.It was sometime after midnight, Jasmine helped me print my document, and I was prepared for my meeting in court. I also won my judgement!!I recommend locking the business center and the only individual that can access will be the hotel guest!! I believe this will remedy the situation with the keyboard being removed from the business center. When a guest needs to use the business it will be available!! I didn't like my breakfast. The orange juice was tart and tasted freezer burnt. You didn't provide milk options, there was only regular dairy milk, I like almond or soy. I am vegan therefore my options were limited, I was counting on eating cereal and fruit - there was no fruit! Where were the bananas, apples or melons. That is my 2 cents!

Liked: Room was clean, bed was comfortable, hard floors in the rooms are a must, staff was friendly, breakfast included was good.

Disappointing

Disliked: Area for breakfast was small and crowded for the amount of guests. The power went out for a little bit on the room at is designated for breakfast. The ceilings and carpet looked run down. My daughter had ants in her room. The ants bit my grandson. The outside pool was a nice size pool but it needed to be cleaned. It had debris floating in the pool and a few globs of hair floating around so it felt unclean. The bathrooms were small without a sink in the bathroom to wash your hands before leaving the bathroom.

Liked: I can’t think of anything I was pleased with. It was hot in the hallways. We were in the lobby at 11AM to check out and there wasn’t anyone to check us out. We waited over 10 minutes with multiple other people also waiting. I went down the hallways looking for someone. I found a staff member who said she was trying to find him on all the floors. Shortly after my son laid in the bed he got up saying his back was itching. He had small bites on his back. I sent him to my Mothers room for the night. We woke up the next morning to discover ants EVERYWHERE! In my clothes bags, in the bed, shower, bathroom, and counters. We quickly got up and left the room. My son then discovered an ant crawling on his leg while we were I. The elevator and I found 2 in my shirt when I was loading my car up, that bit me. Whole checking out, I expressed my concerns to the guy at the desk who told me he worked under the manager and I needed to call Monday and asked for “Saad”.
