Value is good, but won’t...

Liked: The room was clean.
Disliked: The entrance was horrible. Unwelcoming. The staff was playing the most inappropriate music. I had to wait while she finished a personal call and the music was blaring profanities and racial slurs. The weirdest hotel greeting I’ve ever experienced.

Convenient location to everything.

Liked: The location was great. Restaurants and shops nearby. Also near the highway. Free breakfast daily was advertised. Coffee machine available 24/7 near the front desk. No pets allowed.
Disliked: No breakfast one day because a staff member did not show up. Asked to speak with a manager and was told the manager did not work on the weekends. Suggested deducting small percentage from my bill. The garbage directly outside the entrance of hotel was filled to the brim. A few front desk staff never smiled. Oh, we had breakfast at Denny’s since complimentary breakfast was not available.

Disliked: Room wasn’t clean, inside refrigerator was rotten food breakfast wasn’t served, key wasn’t work, from two elevators most of the time work only one Ihave to wait for 15 minutes.

Liked: The staff when I checked in was great. The room was great.
Disliked: Evidently the breakfast person never showed up for work so there was no breakfast and the room was closed and dark I kept looking, thinking breakfast must be someplace else. When the room was dark, I asked at the front desk. They should have put a sign on the door. When I asked if there would be a refund, the front desk didn't know - would have to talk to the manager. I asked if he was in. No. Did they have his card - No. I don't see why they couldn't have at least opened up the room and had at least the cold foods and drinks available.
