Best Western Plus Ellensburg Hotel

Poor service! Lazy housekeeping staff!

Liked: The pool and jacuzzi were in great condition.
Disliked: I had to call the front desk on several different occasions because the maid service hadn't changed our towels or made the beds. Then on one morning I called to ask them to change the sheets on one of the beds and they didn't do it. The gal in the front desk had to come up and change the sheets in the evening because it hadn't been done. They also would come in and finally give fresh towels but then they didn't empty the trash cans! Very poor service. We won't stay here again!

Other than the couple things...

Liked: Good location…large parking area for oversized vehicles with trailers.
Disliked: Our room definitely had a strange smell. Also, there was a security light just outside of our window that was impossible to block out for sleeping!! I had to put a shirt over my eyes like a mask to sleep.

Liked: Everything was wonderful. From the moment we arrived the staff were very friendly and helpful. The hotel is clean and comfortable. 24 hour pool for adults was great and the complimentary breakfast was excellent.
Disliked: Nothing

Happy overnight stay in Ellensburg

Nice people and quiet room.

Liked: The front desk people and owner were exceptionally nice. The breakfast was better than most places for preparation and cleanliness.
Disliked: It could have been a bit cheaper.
