Liked: The location was clean and the rooms were well put together.
Disliked: Parking lot is a little tight but thats related to the ongoing renovation.

Liked: Was way better pricing until best western plus took it over. Was the only hotel i went to 2x a month for leisure and casino visits. now they damn near increased prices by $60. with the renovations they done they're gonna say inflation when really covering the renovation costs within the prices. when its paid off they're gonna keep it as do profits can stay higher at a new 100% and/or higher rate/margin rather than drop back down to $70/80 per night to their original margin. guest reading this, love the hotel and sleek look very comfy but yea i'd rather choose 2 other hotel for damn near half the price for same stay. im commercial and family real estate of my own portfolio its "jus business" so dnt let them lie - owners/manament not workers of hotel. super 8 will not have my business. extended stay (behind best western) has the practical and clear comfort with own kitchen however connected rooms via door in short, why break my bank out of my comfort for the hotels
Disliked: Best western took over sonesta select and owners of hotel increased prices by $60/70 to cover renovations and make excuses for higher profit margins rather than keep their prices the same and retain their true local value - lks dnt respond. you're not the owners and ik the business bc im in the business myself and successful. unless owners change the price back to $70/80 per night im no longer being there no matter how much i prefer the hotel over the others. why break my bank out of my comfort for the hotels

Liked: The bed was super comfy. Nice courtyard in back with a fireplace. Laundry on site and a pool with a workout room. Snacks available for purchase in the lobby.The lady at the front desk, Beverly was the kindest most friendly and helpful hospitality person I've had the experiance of meeting in a long long time. She was even the most aware and helpful person when I checked in and it wasn't even her shift.Needed to stay an extra night and the whole staff was super helpful and accommodating in getting me the best rate and keeping my same room.Rooms are clean. No signs of pests or bugs at all. Great lighting. Especially the vanity. Also a very easy to use dial on the digital thermostat.
Disliked: The hotel is under remodel. This wasn't made known until checking in. Sunday night workers were making noise until nearly 10pm. Elevators were closed at times for remodel, parking lot in front was closed to re asphalt. Super annoying and inconvenient.TV does not have any channels at all except for Samsung channels. Thank God i could project from my phone.Walls are super thin and could hear my neighbor coughing all night.The lever to turn the faucet to the shower head in the tub is hard to get up and doesn't go up all the way.
