Disappointing

Liked: The beds were comfortable, and breakfast was decent. Starbucks was close enough to get coffee for the early birds instead of waiting for coffee.
Disliked: Arrived late, but the clerk was nice. The rooms were dirty, only the beds were made, even at that possibly just remade. The tables weren't wiped down. The phone was sticky. There were still drink stains on them and sticky stuff. The fridge was growing pink and orange ice chunks, and smelled moldy so we didn't use it.The walls had random splatters on them. Concerning ones too, especially near the bathroom and on the door itself. A vacuum hasnt met that floor in weeks. There was hair and trash in the corners, old food behind the trash can. There was toilet tissue on the door knob. And hair in the shower. You could feel the dirt under your feet on tile. The place hadn't been dusted in a while. I booked 2 rooms and both were dirty. I was going to ask for cleaned rooms. But looking around at the hotel, that was the "normal expectation," it seemed. Wet floor signs everywhere due to roof leaks and multiple cracks and holes in windows, walls, and ceilings. The elevator is sketch as well. Rather, take the stairs, then get stuck. And at that fact you have to wander around to find both. I wasn't told where access stairs for the back parking lot was. Both my husband and I were not pleased but it was already too late and we had paid for the rooms 3 days in advance and arrived late in the evening that we didn't have the energy to look for other rooms after our road trip.

Liked: The bed and pillows were comfortable..nice and inviting pool..staff were all nice..awesome breakfast buffet..
Disliked: The room vents had a musty smell..the toilet plugged several times but maintenance responded quickly..I wasn't a fan of the windows to the interior..drapes did not close entirely..

Very convenient and comfortable

Liked: It was very clean, the receptionist were very friendly especially the receptionist that checked me in for my stay and breakfast was delicious I loved to Texas size waffles! And the bed was very comfortable!
Disliked: Two of the housekeepers had very poor attitude but the other housekeepers were very professional!
