Best Western Plus Edmundston Hotel

Not impressed this time. In...

Liked: I like the hotel usuall on most stays. This time I did not.
Disliked: The pool was disgustingly dirty. Toliet paper on walls and in pool. waterslide broken. Staff was rude when telling them about it and interupted me telling me that no one was there to clean. The room had a bug in the bed that worried me was a bedbug! I searched teh rest of the room and it seemed ok but i was worried. The elevator was broken. The breakfast food not very good.

Liked: Great hotel just off the highway
Disliked: Elevator wast working and we were on the 4th floor.Shower was not clean had someone else hair in the corner ??? Hallway smelled like something couldn’t put my finger on it, but as the elevator wasn’t working probably wasn’t cleaned in however long the elevator wasn’t working. .?? Idk

Very good

Liked: Very good location, staff and included breakfast were great.King suite was nicer and larger than expected, highly recommended for a family.
Disliked: Was on the pricey side for 1 night , elevator was broken on our arrival day and unfortunately we were on the top floor. My card was also charged 3 times before the booking was completed properly, however it was rectified eventually.

Good night stay

Liked: The cleanliness and quality of furnishings. The staff was amazing and the bar was excellent.
Disliked: The pool area was very small and not monitored. Unfortunately some kids broke the water slide while playing unsupervised and they had to close it down. The elevator was also broken fortunately I was only on the second floor I would really have hated to be on the fourth floor
