Liked: Very friendly staff; comfortable room; great breakfast.
Disliked: ConcertHotels state free breakfast and parking! Only a 25 space car park so had to park in street for £6. Hotel say they never offer free breakfast!

Good location. Good size of...

Liked: The location. The breakfast.
Disliked: The room temperature was +25C despite outside it was +15C. There was a movable air conditioner which means that the hotel new that the room is hot. However the air conditioner didn't work properly and the room stayed very warm.

Liked: Location
Disliked: Room was shabby - bathroom door needed paint - and bath hatches for service kept opening - bed was two beds locked together with a gap - we had to ask on two occasions for housekeeping to restock loo paper - breakfast ok but not inspiring

Liked: Great location as close to our daughters flat in Bruntsfield for visit.
Disliked: The carpet in the room was dirty, marked and needs replaced. Hairs in shower and could have been cleaner
