Liked: Very friendly staff; comfortable room; great breakfast.
Disliked: ConcertHotels state free breakfast and parking! Only a 25 space car park so had to park in street for £6. Hotel say they never offer free breakfast!

Liked: rooms were spacious , hotel was very clean and good location.. most of the staff were friendly and helpful.
Disliked: selection of beers could have been better at the bar, there was no ale or guiness so only really accomedated lager drinkers.

Excellent stay, highly recommend

Liked: Very clean, comfortable and quiet. Excellent location for exploring.
Disliked: Lots of stairs made it quite difficult with a pram
