Maybe my expectations were too...

Liked: Quiet location and nice facility and nice amenities. There is a bar and grill on property and reasonable fitness center for a hotel and a nice indoor pool and spa room.
Disliked: The staff seemed uninterested and unimpressive. We had missing pillows for the sofa bed in our room and called to the front desk who said they would bring them up. Over an hour later we had to go down in person to get them, and still waited for more time than I’ve experienced at other locations or chains. The breakfast attendant seemed put off / uninterested and was not friendly.
