Liked: Clean rooms and attentive staff.
Disliked: The fact that the pool wasn't heated

Adequate for a one night...

Liked: The front desk staff was nice and the breakfast was good
Disliked: I requested a wheelchair accessible room and was not accommodated. Nor was I able to get a room on the first floor. There was no linen for the pullout sofa in the room. The bed was hard. The pool was cold and the hot tub was out of service. I felt it was overpriced.

Liked: The breakfast was excellent. Very well stocked and very clean food was delicious
Disliked: My complaint is, I booked room. For my daughter, grandsons and I on our way to OC MD. Figuring the boys would enjoy the pool all evening and we could enjoy the hot tub. Pool and spa were FILTHY AND STINKY. Boys got in for a minute and found clumps of hair and greenish scummy water. Pool totally unuseable. No signs or srmtaff telling us not to use it. We were all Very Disappointed
