I would consider staying there...

Liked: The sitting area in the room was nice.
Disliked: There was a balcony outside the room overlooking the lobby. A lot of noise from the lobby & breakfast area drifted up to our room.

Liked: Very clean and room was very organized. The bed was comfortable, and there were plenty of pillows. Hot water and air conditioning were good. The breakfast was good, but just standard hotel eats.
Disliked: Everything was fine. The location is off the highway, so it can be loud.

Exceptional

Liked: Late night check in. The night audit lady was fabulous unfortunately I did not get her name. She went above and beyond with what may seem like simple things to some people but it had been a late night and a very frustrating situation in Whitchita in regards to hotel and food. She was a breath of fresh air. Rooms were beyond clean, bed was comfy. Our old 4 legged baby was so happy! We have stayed in Best Western before and we were not impressed but this hotel is Amazing. Also I pray they keep their pet policy a $25.00 non refundable pet fee is a bonus compared to your neighbor who has a low fair but a $200.00 non refundable fee.Basically highly recommend.
