Hotel room itself was good....

Liked: Hotel room was nice. Easy to find. Clean.
Disliked: Staff were not pleasant. They treated us like they didn’t want us to stay. Had my credit card info but made us go through it all saying they would not charge my card and we could pay in the morning but immediately charged it when we went upstairs. Made us right down everyone’s names who was staying in the hotel room. Never had anything like this happen in a hotel before.

The front desk staff were...

Liked: Nice variety and fresh. Coffee varieties appreciated. Tables cleaned after guests leave. Appreciated. Appreciated the coffee set in the room. And--The beds are very comfortable. Friendly staff working hard during a difficult time due to the fires in the province.
