Disliked: Not many breakfast options .

A comfortable one night stay

Liked: Close to the 401. I requested a quiet room away from the elevator. Was upgraded to a spacious King Suite, in a quiet end corridor, beyond the breakfast room. Smiling friendly staff.
Disliked: When I saw the high stairway leading to the front entrance, the hotel didn’t seem very accessible. But I was kindly informed about the convenient side door at the parking area. Perhaps there should be a prominent sign at the front, indicating the option of using the ground level entrance around the corner.

Liked: The bedding was not changed, it smelled too bad, and it was hard to sleep. The bathroom had mould, and the bathtub was not clean. You can see the black stain. Paid too much to see the stain. Never again.
Disliked: The place needs fixing up, the room smells like smoke, and the beds need to be changed. The bathroom needs much work around the bathtub and the door. It smells worse than a run-down motel

Liked: Actually, only the location the staff was not very helpful. The room was not ready towels room missing accessories were missing and the mattress was lumpy like a golf course.
Disliked: Wasn’t expecting such an approach after 45 years of trap and living in hotels

Liked: The lobby of the hotel is not accessible for handicapped. Twelve plus STEEP steps. Elevator does not get you to the lobby. It was clean and well appointed.
Disliked: Breakfast from 6-9 but 8-9, no coffee, pancakes, etc.

Liked: Check-in went smoothly. The staff were polite and friendly.
Disliked: It was all good.
