Liked: Very good breakfast buffet.
Disliked: On check in we were given a room key to an already occupied room.The rooms were very dated, found previous occupant socks in the shelf & toenails on the carpet, unfortunately only noticed this on the morning of check out otherwise we would have asked for another room. Double glazed windows had seen better days with condensation between the glass panels.Sinks hot water tap was very hard to turn on & when on poor flow from tap. Very poor menu choice for evening meal and staff couldn’t get that right! Waited an hour and half to get served our meal, after the staff forgot to place our order. Apart from the duty manager of the hotel the rest of the staff couldn’t care less about you. Leisure facilities were below standard too. No lockers left for the female changing rooms due to an issue with the padlocks ?? Sauna was out of order! Pool was ok but freezing.

Liked: Location was good as well as the food although there isn’t much to choose from on the menu. Staff were very good though.
Disliked: WiFi didn’t work, sauna was out of action and generally the whole place is just very tired and needs some tlc.

Liked: The staff gave an exceptionally warm welcome, the room was a really generous size. There was plenty of free onsite parking and there was also one 7kw electric charger available and it was free to use.
Disliked: The decor and building was starting to show its age in places and the room was very warm

Liked: Pool was ok. Staff friendly. Garden was ample size and in full sun.
Disliked: Dated hotel, requires some tlc. The food menu was limited , 5 meal options , 2 of which were vegetarian, however, was cooked well. Long wait for drinks due to staffing, very quiet hotel.
