Liked: The location was very easy to get to and the breakfast was just excellent the pool the staff and the beds were all above average
Disliked: It's difficult to come up with something that you could have done better we originally were going to stay at a different hotel I'm sure glad we changed our mind

Liked: The bed was comfortable, room spacious, all accommodations good.Breakfast was good, and staff was friendly/attentive.
Disliked: Security doors to enter the building weren't locking on the first night.People next to my room were very loud, partying, until almost midnight. I finally called the front desk, and thankfully, they put a stop to it.

Disliked: I am a AAAmember,have a Platinum rating thru Best Western, but when I use booking .com, I am not given the same kind of respect at check in.

Liked: Loved the pool area. But we didn't get ti use.
Disliked: Our room was a bit dirty. We found used tobacco pouches next to the bed on the floor. More my 1 year old found them. Pretty gross to be handed that.We also weren't aware their would be a family reunion that weekend. We weren't able to use the pool as it was filled and no tables to sit at either.Would have been nice to know, I could have scheduled a different weekend.We ended up checking out the same day we go there due to the two factors.
