Liked: The front desk receptionist Shamika was amazing!! She made us feel so welcome and helped us with so much...i just spent the last week on the hospital wiyh my husband. She helped us with so much!
Disliked: The supplies were running low, the store, coffee station etc...

Liked: The underground parking was pretty good since it had started snowing while we were there. The renovations will look very nice when they are done. Easy to get in and out of.
Disliked: The elevator was pretty scary to ride in, it was very shaky and felt like it was going to fall apart.the place was kind of ugly, you could tell it was still being renovated.

Disliked: They did not tell us the breakfast was cancelled because of covid until in the morning. The remodeling was still going on and the shower went all over the bathroom

Absolutely disgusting

Liked: Nothing. Worst hotel experience
Disliked: It was terrible. There was actual dog feces on the floor in our room. Also the hotel was being painted in all of the rooms, the fumes were unbearable. The lobby, elevators , and halls were full of marijuana smoke.

This hotel is in transition...

Liked: location close to Hwy 75.
Disliked: Room card didn?t work in parking lot elevator, plastic drop cloths in hall, no bath towels, water temperature regulator was faulty, and ?good breakfast? was take-away bag with fruit and sugar muffins.
