Bad

Disliked: Bed was rock hard.Jacuzzi tub had black gunk that came out of the jets that looked like mold.

Beautiful hotel with excellent views

Liked: Loved the location and the staff was very helpful. Our room was clean and the view was amazing.

Superb

Liked: Great location and clean comfortable room
Disliked: The breakfast was not good, below average for this class of hotel. Juice dispenser and toaster broken, pancakes tough, etc.

BEWARE!

Liked: ABSOLUTELY NOTHING.
Disliked: BEWARE: Non edible breakfast food! The guy that does breakfast has no idea what he's doing! He overfilled the hot coffee onto the floor! Which made my sister (who is 15 weeks pregnant) and multiple elderly ladies have to sprint to save everything around the coffee. The guy that does breakfast then proceeded to not clean up the coffee, which left the flood-soaked with coffee and mop water with no wet floor sign-up. There were many elderly walking around. The manager is very rude !! He came to our room yelling and cussing at us accusing us of pushing a button and causing the coffee incident. We are 3 women under the age of 30. We stayed 3 nights. We left the second night because of the altercation with the manager. They refused to give us a refund even after we didn't stay the 3rd night and we checked out before check out.

Liked: We enjoyed the pool and hot tub area. Also, liked that there was an area to sit and enjoy an indoor fireplace.

Liked: Very clean, well kept rooms. Very friendly and professional staff.

Bed of nails would be...

Liked: Friendly staff.
Disliked: Bed in Rm 134 was the absolute worst I have ever experienced. Essentially did not sleep for three days. It was so high (I am 5ft 11in) that I literally had to jump up into the bed, then it snagged so badly I fell out of it. Ruined the whole stay.
