Liked: Lake view.
Disliked: Bathroom door squeaked when closed. Body wash container fell off and scared my grandson.

Liked: Location was great! Close to everything.
Disliked: The hotel was outdated, not worth the money. Staff was not friendly at all. Room was dark, outdated, old towels, you could see through them. I would not come again.

Liked: Great location and walkable to get ferry to Mackinac Island.

Liked: Good location.
Disliked: The room was disappointing and not clean. There were numerous dead bugs on the ceiling and walls, along with many live ones, even though we never left the balcony door open. The sink was oddly placed in the bedroom instead of the bathroom, which felt inconvenient. Overall, the quality of the room did not match the high price.

Loved being near the beach!

Liked: Location is amazing! Loved our balcony view. Big breakfast with a lot of variety, pool is big!
Disliked: Some sheets were stained, dated, shower door broke off but they were able to fix that same night

Liked: it was easy to go to the beach
Disliked: I thought we would have a Hot Tub outside on the deck lake side not a big bath tub next to the bed so that was disappointing
