Liked: Room was very comfortable and clean. We were here for a week and had excellent service. Breakfast was great and a large variety. Front desk service was wonderful especially Mrs. Princess!! Will definitely come back.

Convenient location but needs a...

Liked: The location is right off the interstate. Getting there and getting on the road from its location is very simple and easy if you are traveling by car. The breakfast area is very nice and the hot food is hot and the cold food is cold. They also had good coffee. The front desk person is very nice and very good. I was surprised to see her in the morning since we checked in at 8:00 pm and then see her again at 9:00 am. I wonder if they overwork their staff at this location.
Disliked: The room didn’t feel clean to us. There were several cockroaches (including tiny ones) that made it feel like an infestation rather than just an annoyance. The tile floor also had a sticky film on it like it needed a good scrubbing and the show glass had a lot of soap film on it. Finally, it is a very noisy hotel. It sounded like a herd of elephants were stomping around above us. We were up early because of the noise waking us up.

Disappointing

BEST DECISION, BEST WESTERN

Liked: We were traveling to Memphis/Graceland. Was a bit hesitant about that area so stayed a little bit out. Best decision! When we first entered the hotel it was so pretty and well decorated. The girls at the front desk were nice, receptive and helpful! The room was very nice, bed comfortable and clean! Breakfast was delicious and the Lady that worked there was so sweet!! Mrs. Princess was the best!! I wish I had all the ladies names because they were all so nice, receptive and helpful! The hotel is near a Walmart (walking distance) and so is quite a few restaurants! I hope other Best Western Plus are as nice as this because I will search them out!
Disliked: Toilet paper was a bit rough and the pool isn't heated. (Just my preference)

A very nice stay that...

Liked: The recent reviews did not match our experience. Everything was fine and dandy. The service was efficient. The room was clean and comfortable. Breakfast was much better than I anticipated. The location was great with many restaurants nearby, a Walmart, and a Home Depot adjacent to the hotel. What more could a person ask for!
Disliked: Someone was making some kind of noise early one of the mornings. My wife said it sounded like a book was being dropped in the hall, repeatedly. Not really an issue concerning the hotel, but it was the only negative to an otherwise pleasant stay.
