Unclean and expensive

Liked: Friendly staff
Disliked: Hair on walls and floor of shower. Bathroom sink backed up and drained slowly. Overpriced; stay earlier or later on I-10 if only passing through and no need to stay in Palm Springs area.

We enjoyed our stay overall...

Liked: The hotel and our room had everything that we needed for a week's stay in the area. The breakfast was good and parking was ample. The location was good from the point of view that it was reasonably close to, and easy to get to, the places in the area that we visited. The only downside was that it's location next to a freeway and across from a truck stop made the hotel noisy. I don't think changing rooms would have helped as the freeway was on one side and the truck stop on the other.
Disliked: Location, but that's pretty hard to change at this point, as would be better noise suppression in the hotel's construction. The hotel rate reflects this downside, being more affordable than many other alternatives in the area.

Liked: Cleanliness, Heated pool and spa, gym and the hot breakfast

Liked: Room Size and Breakfast area
Disliked: Staff didn't vacuum bathroom despite us asking

Liked: Very sharp..lovely large rooms in excellent condition
Disliked: Swimming pool furniture has improved but pool area is too small relative to the size of the hotel

Exceptional

Absolutely the worst ever

Disliked: They had no staff to clean the room on a daily basis, or at all for that matter
