Liked: less than 10 minutes walk from Mannheim train station. has nice outdoor sitting area in front and back of hotel. very nice receptionist.

This hotel has 4 star...

Liked: The day of the check out the two girls at the desk were very gentle
Disliked: the room was dirty! unacceptable.we only found a pillow and a couple of towels (one large and one hand towel).I wanted to remind you that I booked a double room.the carpet on the floor was full of stains and dust and there were no bedroom slippers.empty mini bar, with only one bottle.lastly I and themy guest we were outside the facility for more than 10 minutes at 5am, the night between Sunday and Monday because whoever was supposed to be at the desk wasn't there.even more unacceptable.
