Disliked: The furniture of the room is old and the facilities do not match those of a 4 star hotel. The rooms do not have AC or ventilation and so during a warm summer night it is difficult to sleep without an open window.

Just not a great experience....

Liked: Cheap and centrally located
Disliked: Tried to get through to anyone on the phone, from within the hotel or from outside, to sort a wifi issue. Tried for ages and countless attempts for an hour or so. Had to go to reception to finally talk to someone and got some snarky remark. After checkout, had to chase the receipt for three days, multiple phone calls and message. I didn't like all that
