It was okay

Liked: I was disappointed that the yogurt machine wasn’t working. I was looking forward to yogurt and fruit.
Disliked: Our room was supposed to be ready at 3pm. We didn’t get into our room until almost 4pm.

Disliked: when taking a shower water drain slow standing in 3-4 in. of water we find that at a lot of hotels

Liked: The tv worked
Disliked: The remote control didn’t work properly. The curtains can’t close and you can’t sleep in the daytime. People playing music loud and late. The shower leaked all over the floor and its night shift was rude. Paid extra to upgrade my room but the hotel couldn’t accommodate us but take my payment. Located in a bad neighborhood.

Liked: There were phone chargers available if needed
Disliked: The staff overnight and the noise. I paid to upgrade my room and it wasn’t honored. I need a refund.The curtains don’t close.
