Clean modern rooms in ideal...

Liked: Hotel was modern and in a great location near good restaurants and Paddington station.
Disliked: Rooms were small but like much of London the norm

It was a really choice...

Liked: The location is great and the hotel is clean, with friendly helpful staff.
Disliked: The “cozy” room is a bit smaller than I expected, but it did have everything I needed and was comfortable enough for a two-night stay.

Exceptional

Liked: Great location, few min walk from Paddington station. The room was very well equipped with all require facilities, good breakfast, highly recommend.

Super hotel

Liked: Super hotel for a solo traveller. Their single rooms were a perfect size for me. There aren't many frills, but rooms are clean, comfortable, and well laid out. I can't comment on the breakfast as I didn't have it. Location is super as it's incredible close to Paddington station. Would definitely stay here again!

Windowless Basement ‘Suite’ – Felt...

Liked: The only positive aspect of this hotel was its proximity to Paddington Station. It’s conveniently located if you need quick access to trains or the Heathrow Express. Unfortunately, that’s where the positives end.
Disliked: I rarely write reviews, but my experience at this hotel left me no choice. I felt absolutely miserable staying here. This place is a dump, and I honestly can’t imagine booking another Best Western hotel again.We arrived late, and I understand that options may have been limited—but the front desk presented the room as an “upgrade” from a cozy room to an executive suite. That’s where the excitement ended.The so-called executive suite (Room 3) was in the basement with no windows, no fresh air, and a non-functioning air conditioner. I felt trapped and extremely claustrophobic throughout the stay. Calling it a suite is laughable—it was dark, stuffy, and far from acceptable for any paying guest.I will be filing a request with Booking.com for a price adjustment or a full refund. This experience was well below even the most basic expectations, and I would strongly discourage others from booking this property.

Perfect stay for sightseeing

Liked: -Perfect room, we totally had enough space -stayed 4 nights, for shopping and sightseeing -near the underground station Paddington (2min to walk for the yellow circle line)-near the Elizabeth line to the Heathrow airport (4min to walk)-shower has good pressure and hot water straight away -the hotel is surrounded by many trees-nights are quiet and calm-we felt safe everywhere
Disliked: -the television did turn on automatically during the night. Lucky we did turn down the volume hours before but we still woke up. Next day we did put out the wires, problem solved.
