Liked: The hotel is very close to public transportation, clean and the room is modern.
Disliked: The breakfast could be included. You have to pay extra $12,50 for continental breakfast.

Liked: Great staff, clean rooms.
Disliked: Small, but you get what you pay for.

Okay but not great price

Liked: It was okay, and the room was needed. But the price was insane for what we got.
Disliked: I know it's London but for the price, the room is small. Even your double bed for 2 was ridiculously small, more like a 1.5 bed. Come on! Cleaning was okay. There was dust, and we found a dirty sock. Luckily, there was a thick mattress cover. We prayed that it was cleaned between each customer! Charge less if that's standard.

Liked: The room was very modern, nice, and clean. The location was good.
Disliked: Staff could have been friendlier. I booked here because it said there was a bar. The bar was a few bottles of wine and cans on sale behind the receptionist's head, which was disappointing.
