Run down facility, masking itself...

Liked: Sleeper sofa not comfortable. Room was dirty.
Disliked: Facility was dirty, mid renovation. Smell like dirty people.

Beds are horrible.pillows too

A clean Hotel

Liked: The front desk people were very courteous and professional. The rooms were updated and very clean the shower was exceptionally clean.
Disliked: The breakfast food needed help. It was cold in near empty 20 minutes before they closed.

Liked: Remodeling? A work in progress of renovation I suppose. Not up to its published rating. Elevator horrible, scary. Rooms balcony door needs to be replaced. Shower wand beat up. No shower shelf. Loud HVAC. Friendly front desk folks. But unfriendly cleaning ladies. Would a smile be too much?

Liked: The facilities are in very bad condition, the smell throughout the hotel was very unpleasant, apart in the hallway to enter the room there was a water bottle, the sofa bed was so dirty and old, it was not safe at all and I have 2 weeks waiting for my money back from the cancellation and the deposit and I still have not received an answer
