Very good

Disliked: The room didn't have fan in bathroom to help with steam, so the fire alarm kept going off everytime we take a hot shower. We had to keep opening balcony door and take colder showers which we hate. And elevator didn't work. Was inconvenient to keep walking across from other side

Good and safe and clean...

Liked: Good location, clean and safe. It's a basic hotel but good location if you want to travel around Florida by car from here. Towes were changed frequently, beds were adjust on daily base.
Disliked: it could be a bit cheaper and it takes time to get back the additional incidental hold of $100 after leaving.

Liked: I liked the pool, the temperature control, very tasty breakfast
Disliked: I rented this hotel specifically because of the photos of the gym! But when you got there there wasn’t! Another thing is that I’m still waiting for the refund of $100 deposit payment on my card.

I definitely would choose this...

Liked: I was very happy to find the double room ,I chose, (private entrance from outside ) ..very spacious .The living room had nice quality large sofa bed , comfortable lounge chair , tv, telephone desk and office chair , coffee bar, fridge, microwave unit,, large luggage rack ,nice window and curtains. ….the adjoining bedroom had king bed, comfortable spotless linens ,tv, telephone ,2 night tables , dresser ,closet ,a lounge chair ….and patio door to small private balcony A large modern walk in glass shower , gleaming white sink wth modern silver faucet. Linens ,and really nice individual soaps,lotions,shampoos supplied daily . I felt it was a spacious,clean,comfortable and secure ,place to stay.Outdoor walkways ,stairs ,elevators , brightly lit at all times . The friendly cleaning staff ,were exceptional . Always courteous, respectful ,with a genuine smile , and ready to assist . The breakfast room and staff were great. Two lovely ladies . The hotel manager was wonderful , very helpful arranging my taxis .The pool / sauna area with the beautiful palm trees ,very beautiful and . relaxing . Best hotel to stay. The manager #1 . Best Western for sure !
Disliked: Breakfast was from 6- 9:30 amPerhaps 6-10 am would have been better ,I slept in one morning till 9:24 am

Could have been better.

Disliked: My Air conditioner had a leak that required a maintenance person to go twice to the apartment. Also, the shower had been remodeled and didn’t have a holder to put the soap or shampoo.

Not too pleasant or comfortable...

Liked: I liked that they offered complimentary breakfast and that the hotel rooms were spacious . They also had a jacuzzi tub with a pool so that was nice too.
Disliked: The first room I checked into , I discovered live roaches. So I had my rooms changed which felt like a mistake because the room I changed to wasn’t as nice and it too had roaches. Also there was an active beehive near the rooms so I had to call someone to clear the bees. I politely went to the front desk to see if we could work something out for the inconveniences of my stay and while they were polite, they said they would reach out to me and never did.
