Not too pleasant or comfortable...

Liked: I liked that they offered complimentary breakfast and that the hotel rooms were spacious . They also had a jacuzzi tub with a pool so that was nice too.
Disliked: The first room I checked into , I discovered live roaches. So I had my rooms changed which felt like a mistake because the room I changed to wasn’t as nice and it too had roaches. Also there was an active beehive near the rooms so I had to call someone to clear the bees. I politely went to the front desk to see if we could work something out for the inconveniences of my stay and while they were polite, they said they would reach out to me and never did.

Liked: Love having the balcony, as I didn’t even expect to have. The location cleanness of the hotel was great! The staff was very welcoming, which is something you look forward to when checking in!

Liked: I liked the spacious room, it was enough for me and my kids. The hot tub/ jacuzzi was wonderful.
Disliked: The cleaning ladies didn't knock on the door, they just opened it up while we were half dressed asking if we needed anything. It was almost like they were up to no good. We didn't want our room cleaned because we were only staying for 2 nights and we were in and out all day. That was very uncomfortable and my kids were scared because they thought something bad was about to happen. I don't like my kids being afraid especially when they with me because I'm their protector.
