Liked: It was very clean and the staff was exceptionally nice and friendly. The breakfast was really good. Good selection and the food was hot and tasty.
Disliked: The ice machine on our floor was not working, but it was not inconvenient to go up to the next floor.

Liked: Everything! Down to the staff! They have the best rotating staff. I've never been to a Hotel that everything I come, the different staff members are all the same! Even the manager was awesome! Housekeeping. The women are so sweet a d always smiling.
Disliked: That the pool closes at 9

Disliked: The room didn't have fan in bathroom to help with steam, so the fire alarm kept going off everytime we take a hot shower. We had to keep opening balcony door and take colder showers which we hate. And elevator didn't work. Was inconvenient to keep walking across from other side
