Good choice for short biz...

Liked: It met my expectations. I had known this was a budget hotel so I was not bothered too much by the cleaness or lack of amenities. The bed was comfy. The staff was polite and attentive. It is situated next to arcades and the mall opens until 11pm, which was convenient. Some reviews said breakfast was bland and could be improved. Idk. I am not a breakfast person and it seems a typical American breakfast(super processed) to me.
Disliked: Not that I can think of. I have a sensitive hearing issue and staff was kind emouhh to move my room to other side.

Liked: Staff was very good. Breakfast room was really very good. The only thing lacking is more rooms for seniors and physically challenged folks like myself who do better with a walk in shower ( I have had hip and knee replacements). So higher toilets and walk in showers are safety factors...but at least they had a grab bar in the tub so I could shower in the tub.... but always a little nervous.... with a 5 day stay, ya gotta clean up sometime!
Disliked: more accomodations for Seniors as above

Liked: Everything was the best.
Disliked: I do not like the short stool in the bathroom. It feels like you're falling to the floor. That is the problem I had.

Disliked: The curtain in the room did not close. They removed a lot of breakfast selection on the 2nd day.

Liked: Staff were very friendly and helpful. Check in was a breeze and person at the counter helped with directions, finding a place to eat, etc. Overall great experience.
Disliked: The breakfast was not very good and the coffee machine was down. But even then, the service was great and the person at the counter tried to handle the coffee machine immediately. There was high willingness to help and service at all times.
