Disliked: recently stayed at your hotel for three days and unfortunately, I am extremely disappointed with the lack of cleanliness and services provided. Firstly, there was no housekeeping service during my entire stay, which is simply unacceptable. On the last day of my stay, I had to go to the front desk to request new towels as none were provided.Furthermore, upon my arrival, I discovered that the shampoo provided in the bathroom had clearly been used and was only about one-third full. It is my understanding that amenities should be replaced with new ones before the arrival of each new guest. This oversight is unacceptable and reflects poorly on the hotel's attention to detail and cleanliness standards.Additionally, I encountered an issue with the curtains in my room. Despite being on the ground floor, the curtains were unable to fully close, leaving the room exposed to passersby. This lack of privacy is concerning and made me feel very uncomfortable during my stay.Overall, my experience at your hotel fell far below my expectations, and I am deeply disappointed with the lack of cleanliness, attention to detail, and privacy. I hope that these issues can be addressed promptly to improve the experience for future guests.
