Superb

Liked: very clean, great breakfast, good location
Disliked: i stayed 2 different nights and was charged a higher price the second night the front desk would do nothing to adjust the rate because i booked thru booking, they would not even give us a better room, unfair practice, the hotel is going thru remodeling making it difficult to get around

I would definitely stay again.

Liked: The breakfast was good. Loved the breakfast room. It was clean and staff was friendly.
Disliked: I had trouble with the lids for the coffee. Seriously that’s all I could complain about and it was probably my fault.

Good

Liked: Very convenient location to family members in the area. Extremely clean and beautiful with large rooms. Continental breakfast had lots of choices and was well stocked. The kitchen staff was very friendly.
Disliked: Staff tried to double charge my account stating that I had not paid through Booking.com. I showed them all emails confirming the reservation and payment, as well as my virtual bank statement from my checking account. Not a good start to the visit after driving over 10 hours. Also, the hotel is being remodeled. Workers started hammering and such before 7 am. This construction was not advertised in advance nor discussed at check-in. ATM on site was also out of service and no ice machine was available. I needed to find a staff member each day for ice from the kitchen area.
