The A/C didn’t work, I...

Liked: The location was perfect for me due to events at mountain America center
Disliked: The front desk clerk chose to argue with me about whether or not the incidental fee she collected could have been previously notified of when the property messaged me from booking.com website.

Liked: They rang me at 1.30am and woke me up. Asking if I was in my room and checked in. After checking me in! Refund needed!
Disliked: Don’t wake people up at 1.30am!

Disliked: We called and messaged the front desk several times to help us fix the TV in our room and received no help whatsoever.
