Disliked: I didn't like the pillows they were too fluffy for me. It was nice otherwise.

Liked: it has such a cozy feel to it! all of the staff i encountered were super friendly and genuinely seemed happy. the breakfast had multiple options, all of which were pretty good! i was definitely a fan of the 24/7 coffee and hot chocolate machinethe pool and hot tub were amazing, too!the bed and pillows were comfy, the shower was easy to understand and held temperature very welli'd definitely return here!
Disliked: my only 'complaint' is that not a lot of towels were provided in the bathroom initially, but even then it wasn't a big issue at all

Liked: Room was decent and beds were comfortable.
Disliked: The guests next door were really loud, kids were opening and the slamming door until midnight and running in the halls.
